  • Full refund if our technician cannot resolve your issue remotely.

  • Refunds are also issued for accidental double payments.

  • Completed and confirmed services are non-refundable once successfully delivered.

  • Include your name, booking ID, payment details, and a brief description of the issue.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
